Dog Breeds

Dogs are commonly broken into six different groups: the Hound Group, the Sporting or Gundog group, the Terrier Group, The Utility or Non-Sporting Group, the Working Group, and the Toy Group. All of these groups have their advantages and disadvantages, but all of them are also great! Dogs need to be given the right amount of care and exercise, so think carefully about what type of dog to get. A Yorkie may be beneficial if you have little time for exercise, but makes up for that with its need of long grooming hours. A Labrador may provide your grooming preference, but it needs a lot of exercise. If you wanted, you could get a mutt, a mix of two or more breeds. Mutts have both the good and bad characteristics of the combined breeds, but they are all very loving.
