Whippet

        The Whippet breed is becoming more and more popular, and they deserve it.  They have great speed, and they’re another sight breed.  He’s very gentle and loyal, and that seems to cover up the fact that he’s a superb hunter.  The dog is 18 ½-20 inches tall, and the female is 17-18 ½ inches tall.  They both weigh 27 ½-30 pounds.  His coat is smooth, and it comes in almost any color.  This dog is one of the few who really seem to love people.  If you are a gentle and affectionate person, this do is the match for you.
