Shih Tzu

        The Shih Tzu is a fairly popular breed, and it originated from China.  Their coats are long, and it can come anywhere from a peach-golden to black and white, or it can be a trio of colors.  His coat indicates that he is not very happy to take a long, muddy hike in the woods, and he carries his tail like a banner over his back.  They also give the impression of mental superiority, and their expression does too.  Both genders are lightweight at 10-16½ pounds.  The male is 10½ inches tall, and the female is 9 inches.  They are still friendly, yet independent, and still make good companions.
