Segugio Italiano

        The Segugio Italiano is also called the Italian Hound, and it originates from Italy.  He is pretty tall, being 23 inches tall at its tallest, and he weighs 39 ½ 62 pounds.  His coat can be a reddish brown, black, or tan.  It’s easy to groom, and to keep clean.  He is a hunting dog, and has the muscles of a hunter with stamina.  When they were first exported, they didn’t like strangers to handle them.  It’s said that it’s improved, but you should still do research before buying one.  They are energetic, friendly, and cheerful, but they might not be the best dog for the family.
