Saluki

        This dog originates from the Middle East, and come in different colors that can any pattern with the colors white, cream, golden red, black, and tan.  The Saluki was precious to the Arabian hunters, who used them to hunt gazelle and other animals.  This is one way that they got the nickname “Gazelle Hound”.  They’re no doubt tall, the male being 23-28 inches tall, and he weighs about 53 pounds.  The female is 22 ½ inches tall, and she weighs 43 pounds.  They are devoted to those whom they trust, but are delicate, and not for the rough-and-tumble family.
