Polish Lowland Sheepdog

The Polish Lowland Sheepdog is descended from Asian herding dogs, and they are usually born without a tail!  During World War 2, they nearly became extinct!  He is a herding dog, and he has a cheerful expression.  Their coats are long, and they can be colored black, white with spots of lemon in any mix.  They are medium to small; the male is 17-20½ inches tall, and the female is 16-18 inches.  Both genders are 43 pounds.  The are good-natured, and are good companions to families with or without children.
