Irish Setter

        The Irish Setter comes from Ireland, and he has a long, chestnut coat that requires dedicated daily grooming.  The male weighs 67 pounds.  The female is 57 ½ inches, and they both are 57 ½ inches tall.  He, like the Irish Red and White Setter, doesn’t cost much to feed.  They are working dogs, but are still wild and affectionate.  However, he can be trained to handle his wildness by the firm trainer.  He would make a handful in a house without training, but an affectionate family pal.
