Hungarian Kuvasz
The Hungarian Kuvasz originated from Hungary, but he also has a presence in the U.S. He is known as a herder or guard, and is
protective of his owners. He needs to
belong to an owner who has been with difficult dogs before he is introduced
into a normal household. His medium coat
is pure white, and it is reasonably easily groom-able. Both genders are pretty tall, and they weigh
accordingly. They are 26-29½ inches
tall, and they weigh 66-115 pounds. They
are trainable, but are also wary of strangers.
