Golden Retriever

        The Golden Retriever is known very well, and can do almost anything!  They can  sniff out drugs/explosives, act as a guide dog for the blind, obedience worker, hunter, or the casual house pet.  Their silky fur color is  anywhere from cream to a rich golden that can also be very, very deep.  These dogs also have a tendency to eat more than wished.  These are medium sized dogs, with the male at 22-24 inches tall, and the female at 20-22 inches tall.  They weighs a little heavier than what seems appropriate for their size, with the female at 65 pounds, and the male at 75 pounds.  They are very kind dogs, and are intelligent and biddable as well.
