German Pinscher

        The German Pinscher is a medium sized dog, with often cropped ears. Its coat is short and dense, usually colored fawn, different colors of red, or black and blue with red or tan markings. The males should be 17-20 inches tall at the withers, but don’t have any weight limitations. The females should also be 17-20 inches tall, also with no limits on weight. The German Pinscher appears elegant in its size, sporting a strong, square build. They are muscular, energetic, especially for athletic activities. The German Pinscher is alert, watchful, energetic, agile, fearless, determined, intelligent, loyal, and above all, and excellent watchdog and companion.
