Bulldog
The Bulldog is
instantly recognizable. He is a
friendly, but stubborn dog. They were
bred to bite bulls on the nose, therefore they have an
upturned chin, although this has been exaggerated by breeding through the
years. Their coats are short, and are
usually colored red, fawn, white, or pied.
They are fairly heavy for their small-medium size. The male is 55 pounds, and the female is 50. Even though their origin is of fighting, the
bulldog is affectionate, determined, and a good house dog.
