Australian Cattle Dog
In the Australian Cattle Dog’s country
of origin, he is also called the Queensland
Heeler. He is a working dog, and he
persuades cattle to move by nipping, barely, at their heels. They love exercise, and are easily
trainable. They are pretty small, with
the male being 18-20 inches, and the female being 17-19 inches. They are also fairly light, with both genders
of the breed weighing 35-44 pounds. They
are loyal as well as trainable, and are alert and trustworthy.
