SIZES: XS (S, MEDIUM, L, XL) FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: Bust: 33 (34.5, 36, 38, 41)" Length (including border): 15.75 (16.5, 17, 17.5, 18)". MATERIALS: 450 (500, 550, 600, 650) grams of Blue/Purple Multi, size 13 straight knitting needles, size 11 circular needle (16" length), four stitch holders, and a yarn needle. SPECIAL ABBREVIATIONS: Ssk: Slip next 2 stitches knitwise one at a time to right-hand needle, insert tip of left-hand needle into fronts of these two stitches and KNIT together. INSTRUCTIONS: BACK: Beginningat lower edge and above border, with straight needles cast on 37 (37, 37, 43, 49) stitches. Begin with a purl row and work 5 stockinette stitch rows. Increase Row (right side): Increase 1 stitch at each edge. Work 3 stockinette stitch rows. Repeat last 4 rows 1 (2, 3, 1, 0) times more - 41 (43, 45, 47, 51) stitches. Work even to approx. 7.5 (7.5, 8, 8, 8)" from beginning, ending with a wrong side row. Raglan Shaping: Bing off 3 stitches at beginning of next 2 rows. Decrease Row: Knit 2, ssk, knit across, ending knit 2 together, knit 2. Purl across next row. Repeat the last 2 rows for 9 (10, 10, 11, 12) times more, ending with a wrong side row. Place remaining 15 (15, 17, 17, 19) stitches onto a holder. Border: With right side facing you and larger straight needles, pick up and knit 36 (36, 42, 48) stitches evenly space across lower edge Knit across for Garter Stitch. With the circular needle, (knit 4, turn) 12 times. *Bind off 6 stitches, knit additional stitches (4 stitches); (knit 4, turn) 11 times. Repeat from * across, ending last repeat with bind off 5 stitches and fasten off. FRONT: As for Back. SLEEVES (make two): Beginning at the lower edge and above border, with larger needles cast on 25 (31, 31, 31, 31) stitches. Beginning with a purl row work stockinette stitch to approx. 6 (8, 8, 8, 6)" from beginning, ending with a wrong side row. Raglan Shaping: Work as for Back. Place remaining 9 stitches onto holder. Border: Work as for the border on Back. FINISHING: Neck border: With circular needle, knit 9 sleeve stitches, knit 15, (15, 17, 17, 19) stitches from front, knit 9 sleeve stitches, knit 15 (17, 17, 19) stitches from back - 48 (48, 52, 52, 56) stitches. Bind off knitwise on wrong side of fabric. Join raglan sleeves to front and back.Join underarm and side seams, leaving borders free.
