Belgian Shepherd Dog

        The Belgian Shepherd Dog is possibly not the friendliest dog around at first, since he was bred to act as both herder and guard.  There are three versions of coat types, such as the Malinois, which has a smooth coat.  The two with a straight top coat is the Groenendael, and the Tervueren is the other one.  The coats can be colored black on the Groenendael, and the Tervueren can be fawn, red, or grey, and last but not least, the Malinois can be same colors as the Tervueren.  They are the dogs for those with the will and time to have a canine all-rounder in the house.
